A base in Dijon, a workshop near Lyon

Every piece is built and sorted in the workshop at Sourcieux-les-Mines, west of Lyon. The Dijon base means we answer faster across the Côte-d'Or, the Saône-et-Loire and the Dijon–Besançon corridor, and can arrange site visits without delay.

The formats are the same as everywhere else: a collaborative mosaic where each person assembles a panel without seeing the image, a 3D collective build where nothing stands unless the modules fit together, timed challenges, decision models. What changes from one region to the next is the logistics and the travel costs — stated in the quotation, never added afterwards.

We already work in the region: Champlitte Castle for the Demard Departmental Museums in the Haute-Saône, and two teaching models for Grand Belfort and Agrivalor. Those are model-making and interpretation projects rather than team building — but they are the same people and the same workshop.

Our projects in Burgundy & Franche-Comté

  • Champlitte Castle

Two eras in one model for the Demard Departmental Museums: the medieval fortress and the Renaissance house, linked by a removable section. 3,830 pieces.

  • Kitribrick — Grand Belfort

Two models explaining how waste is sorted and treated in town and country, for Grand Belfort and Agrivalor. Now used in school sessions.

  • Collaborative mosaic

The most requested offsite format: each person assembles a panel without seeing the image, and together they reveal your logo or a company photograph.

  • Collective 3D build

Each team builds its own module, and nothing stands unless the modules fit together. From 20 to 350 participants.

How it works

  1. You tell us the date and the headcountThe date, the number of participants and the venue are enough for a first figure. We answer within 24 to 48 working hours.
  2. We settle the logisticsThe quotation states the travel costs from the workshop. They are priced once and do not move afterwards.
  3. We install before you arriveTables, sorted bins, laying plans, facilitators. For a morning session the team travels the day before.
  4. The piece stays with youA framed mosaic hangs in your offices. A collective build can be kept, dismantled or taken back to the workshop.

What Burgundy clients ask

Does the Dijon base build the pieces?

No. Everything is built and sorted in the workshop at Sourcieux-les-Mines, near Lyon. The Dijon base handles site visits, meetings and the organisation of sessions in the region.

Do you charge travel costs?

Yes for Burgundy and Franche-Comté, since the van sets off from the Lyon area. The amount is stated in the quotation, priced once, and does not change afterwards.

Do you work in Besançon, Chalon, Auxerre?

Yes, anywhere in the region. Tell us the town when you first write: it feeds into the travel costs and therefore into the first figure we give you.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to four weeks. In May, June and December demand is high, so book earlier.

How many facilitators for a group of 200?

One facilitator per 40 participants, so five for 200. We can field up to ten.

Do you also work for museums and public bodies?

Yes. Champlitte Castle was built for the Demard Departmental Museums, and the Kitribrick models for Grand Belfort and Agrivalor. Our quotations meet public procurement requirements: company registration, public liability cover, compliant invoicing.
