Prices
What does a corporate cohesion session cost?
Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
And for a local authority or an association?
We apply two rate cards. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours. A discount applies to multi-site tours.
And in a shopping centre or at a trade fair?
Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
Why is there no price list for models?
Because it would be misleading. Between a massing model and a fully detailed building there is a factor of ten at the same size. Four things set the price: scale, level of finish, the number of parts to source and the deadline. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
Is the study of a model chargeable?
Feasibility and a broad range are free — allow about thirty minutes of conversation. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
Is travel charged on top?
It is listed separately on the quote, never hidden as an extra. We are based near Lyon with a second site in Occitanie, which covers the south-east and south-west comfortably.
Lead times
How far ahead should we book?
One month for a standard activation. Six weeks if you want bespoke artwork: designing the laying plan takes time. Three to four weeks is enough for team building without custom artwork.
And for a model?
Six to fourteen weeks for a building model, eight to fourteen for a technical model, six months to a year for a monumental project. The limiting factor is not the build but sourcing: some rare parts take time to gather in quantity.
Are there periods to avoid?
The February and April school holidays and the Christmas period are our three peaks: book three to four months ahead. On the corporate side, May, June and December fill up fast.
Logistics
How much space do we need?
For team building, allow a 1.8 m table for six to eight people plus an assembly area: a 150 m² room handles 120 people. For a public activation, 25 m² is enough for a participatory mosaic and 50 to 100 m² for a comfortable free-build zone. Send us your floor plan and we'll tell you which spot works.
Who sets up and who clears away?
We do, both. We arrive ahead — often the evening before or before opening — and leave with our equipment. Your teams neither prepare the room, nor supervise, nor sort bricks afterwards.
What do you need on site?
A flat floor, access to unload, tables and light. A power socket if the activity uses a microphone. That's all.
Can it run outdoors?
Yes, with a mandatory fallback: bricks and rain do not mix. We always ask for a marquee, a covered area or an identified backup room in the agreement.
Do we need to assign staff during the activity?
No. Our hosts run the stand from start to finish, launch the challenges, explain and manage the flow. One contact for site access and power is plenty on the day.

The bricks, the piece and the rest
Are the bricks cleaned between workshops?
Yes, every time. Washing and drying the stock is part of the workshop routine between bookings, and we run an intermediate cleaning on multi-day operations.
What happens to the piece afterwards?
It's yours. Most of our clients hang it in a lobby, a meeting room, a town hall or a school. We offer framing and can come and install it. If you prefer, we dismantle and take it away: both options are in the quote.
What is the minimum age?
Five for most of our formats. Below that we use large bricks and shorten the session. Our hosts adjust the difficulty as they go, according to the group in front of them.
Is the activity accessible to everyone?
Yes, and that is one of its strengths. It works seated or standing, requires no reading and no prior skill, and works with disabled participants as well as with older people. We adjust table heights on request.
What is the maximum number of participants?
Our formats reach 350 participants in a single session, and beyond that in rotating groups. It is the available floor area and the length of your slot that decide, not us.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold professional liability insurance and supply the certificate with the quote, along with our company registration number. It is a prerequisite for any work in a public institution.
Do you work with event agencies?
Regularly. We work as a direct subcontractor, on your schedule and under your brand if you prefer, with one point of contact from quote to installation.
