Giving your projects a form

A collaborative setup creates a space where people meet on different terms. They build side by side, adjust a detail, discover together what is taking shape. A collective cannot be decreed: it appears in the gesture, in the way each person contributes, in the attention everyone pays to the whole. The finished piece stays with you, in a lobby or a meeting room. It becomes a landmark, a shared memory, an object that tells the story of the day to those who lived it and to those who arrive later.

In front of a stock of bricks, everyone starts equal. There are no experts and no beginners: only people taking part, watching, suggesting, completing. Conversation circulates without having to be organised, and teams mix naturally, including those who never otherwise cross paths. Our facilitators simply make sure each person finds their place, without pressure, without being singled out, free to contribute at their own pace.

An hour and a half after lunch, half a day of an offsite, a whole evening: the time you have guides the choice of setup. Tell us what you want to achieve and how many you will be; we point you to the format that suits. If none of them fits your situation, we say so plainly — that is more useful than a proposal that would not answer your need. Everything is included, from design to being there on the day and packing down. You have only to welcome your teams: we take care of the rest.
