The decision model
A small leadership group, a question that has come back three meetings running, and a table covered in bricks. We model the organisation, the product or the customer journey in three dimensions, and the session is there to settle it.

One question, put on the table
The format starts from your subject: a reorganisation that will not move, a customer journey nobody describes the same way, a product range that has become unreadable, two departments passing the same task back and forth. We call the person commissioning it beforehand to understand the question and write the session around it.
Each participant first builds their own version — their team, their step of the journey, their view of the product — then puts it on the shared table and explains it in a minute. The gaps between the models are visible before anyone names them.
The session ends on a single model, the one the group negotiated, and on the photographs documenting each stage.
How it works
- A scoping callThirty to sixty minutes with the person commissioning it, before any quote. We are looking for the question to be settled, not the general theme of the day. No commitment.
- We write the sessionThe build briefs, the sequence of stages and the questions put to the group are written for your subject. You read them over before the date.
- On the dayHalf a day, six to fifteen people around one table, one host keeping time and pushing the conversation on. At your offices or at a venue you have booked.
- Each person builds, then the groupThree to five minutes per individual model, then a minute of explanation each. The group then assembles one shared model, negotiating what stays and what goes.
- What you keepThe final model and the photographs of each stage. It leaves with you, or stays standing in your boardroom.

When this is the right format
A decision that keeps slipping
The subject has been on the agenda three times without being settled. The session is written around that question, not around an offsite theme.
A small leadership group
Six to fifteen people around one table. Beyond that, there is no longer time in half a day for everyone to explain their model.
Definitions that diverge
Everyone builds their version of the customer journey. The six models side by side do not tell the same story, and the gap is there on the table.
A leadership offsite
The format takes a full half-day and sits before or after a plenary slot. It needs a closed room and a meeting table, nothing else.
What people ask
What does it cost?
Because the format is written for you, it is costed after the scoping call. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours. The quote is all in: design, bricks, hosting, set-up and take-down.
Do people need experience of this kind of workshop?
No. The build briefs are simple and the building time is short: three to five minutes per individual model. What takes the time is what each person explains afterwards.
Who runs the session?
One Unibrick host, alone. They keep time, hand out the floor and push the conversation on, without taking sides on the substance: the content of the decision is yours.
There are more than fifteen of us — is that possible?
Above fifteen, half a day is no longer enough for everyone to explain their model. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to four weeks, scoping call included. The lead time is mostly about writing the session and your comments on it. In May, June and December, book earlier.
Where does the session take place?
At your offices, at a venue you have booked, or at our workshop in Sourcieux-les-Mines, near Lyon. We work across France, with a second base in Occitanie.
You have a question that will not settle.
Describe it in three lines. We call you back for twenty minutes of scoping, before any quote.
