The principle in one sentence
An image is cut into as many panels as there are participants. Everyone gets theirs and a laying plan, and works on a few square centimetres. At that scale a fragment of sky and a fragment of cobblestone look alike: nobody guesses what they are building.
The assembly happens right at the end, panel by panel, in front of everyone. It is the high point of the evening, and the only moment the image exists.
This is the format that scales furthest — up to 350 people in one session — because you only add tables and panels. It also leaves the piece that is easiest to hang on your own wall.
How it works
- You choose the imageYour logo, a company photograph, your launch artwork, a landmark from your town. Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
- We design the laying planThe image is converted into a plan, panel by panel, with its colour code. We send you a preview of the finished result before starting: you sign off before the first brick is laid.
- We set upWe arrive ahead with sorted bricks, panels, plans and the hosting team. We need tables and light, nothing else.
- The revealThe panels join the board one after another. The image appears, and the room understands at once what it has just made.
- You keep the pieceWe pack up our equipment and leave yours. Framing and hanging on site available on request.
When this is the right format
A large group
It is the only one of our formats that absorbs 350 people without splitting the group into rotating workshops. Beyond that, we run successive groups on the same piece.
Teams that never meet
The tables are deliberately mixed. In front of a laying plan the director and the apprentice start level, and the conversation starts on its own.
A moment worth filming
The final reveal is the moment everyone records. It also feeds your social channels and internal communications for weeks afterwards.
Something to keep
An evening is forgotten; a piece on the lobby wall still tells the story a year later, to people who weren't there.

What does it cost exactly?
Our rates are provided on request, within 24 to 48 working hours.
How much space do we need?
Allow a 1.8 m table for six to eight participants, plus an assembly area. For 120 people, a 150 m² room is comfortably enough. Send us your floor plan: we confirm feasibility before booking.
Which images work best?
High-contrast images with readable shapes: a logo, a landmark, a wide-framed portrait. Very detailed photographs or soft gradients work less well, because brick only knows flat colour. We tell you straight before we start the design.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to four weeks with artwork from our catalogue. Six weeks for bespoke artwork: designing the laying plan takes time. In May, June and December, book earlier.
What happens to the piece?
It's yours. Most clients hang it in a lobby or a meeting room. Some dismantle it to make leaving gifts — that's an option too.
