Budget & quotes

Projects designed to measure, with a quote that reads clearly.

Made to measure

None of our projects is ordered from a catalogue: each is costed according to the venue, the chosen format and the expected audience.

That is why we publish no price list. At equal size, two projects with different intentions do not cost the same.

A first conversation is enough to establish an order of magnitude, with no commitment on your part.

Transparency

The quote separates its lines: the design, the setup itself, and our presence on site.

You therefore know what you are buying, and what could be adjusted should the budget require it.

Nothing is added afterwards: what appears on the quote is what is invoiced.

What remains

Unless you decide otherwise, the piece belongs to you and stays with you.

That changes how a budget reads: the spending does not end on the evening of the event, it leaves an object you can display.

The quotation process

An initial conversation establishes the intention, the venue, the audience and the period under consideration.

We then send a written proposal, itemised line by line, together with a representation of the expected result.

Adjustments are made on that basis, until the proposal matches your programme and your budget.

The other guides

Four further pages cover what to know before you begin.
