An activity that builds connection
Youth events call for formats that are simple, visible and participatory. Unibrick setups offer an accessible scene, open to every age, suited to local festivals, themed days and community events.
Visible from afar, easy to join up close
The setup offers a cheerful way of gathering an outdoor audience. The piece can be spotted from the far side of the square, which is enough to bring people over; once there, everyone understands straight away what to do. You come and go freely, without feeling committed for an hour, and many stay for exactly that reason. Children and adults both find their place, and the piece advances thanks to everyone.
What needs to be planned
A level floor, access for unloading and a wet-weather fallback written into the agreement: the material does not take kindly to damp, and a setup of this size cannot depend on the sky. For the rest, our facilitators hold the space from set-up to strike. A single contact for site access is enough on the day. You then choose whether the piece stays in the area or leaves with us.
Unibrick has worked with…
an organiser bringing families and residents together for a day. The piece rose hour by hour, in front of those who were building it.
